I am currently at University and yet my appointment was made totally around when I was available. I felt listened to and understood by the Doctor and would definitely recommend this Practice. The only issue I have is sometimes the Reception team can be abrupt and chat amongst themselves a lot. I know from my own part-time work at a separate practice, there is not enough hours in the day and if you have time to chat there is a task that isn't being completed.

On arrival, the receptionist at the window was in conversation with a colleague further back in the office, who had sight of me arriving, but chose to continue her discussion and then did not tell the receptionist at the window there was someone waiting. Felt totally ignored, but that is not unusual for that particular person. Once the receptionist became aware that I was waiting to check in, she was friendly and helpful. The other lady is rarely either of those things! The GP, as ever, listened to my concerns and involved me in the decision making.
