I've recently been diagnosed with Anxiety. The doctors and staff at Catshill have consistently been helpful and supportive. Communication is excellent, appointments have been readily available with the option of telephone help if needed. A shining example of our fantastic National Health Service, and a credit to their profession.

Due to family bereavements my Mother came to live with me in December 2013 and was promptly registered with this 5* surgery. My Mother is 77 years old and has never experienced such concise, dedicated, considerate knowledgeable and thorough care; all aspects of my Mothers health and well being have been addressed for the first time in her life. Every aspect of either her care, medication or needs have been met and procedures followed up by the Doctor without any prompting. I have used this practise for over 20 years and can honestly say, without recall that it is splendid. My only suggestion to improve this 100% surgery is to open a window and turn the heating down!
