Since I have been under the medical care of Dr Ford I have always been given very good advice and great help to deal with the issues I’ve been facing. Dr Ford has always been very empathetic and skillful in dealing with my medical concerns and is a first rate GP.

There is nothing I can see that could be better. Dr Ford and the surgery are first class

Catshill Village Surgery is an exemplary practice. I am always able to get an appointment either by telephone or face to face. All of the staff, receptionists, nurses and doctors are always very kind and caring.

As far as I am concerned there are no negative issues with this practice.

The reception staff, nurses and doctors are all kind and caring. The service this surgery gives is second to none I consider myself extremely lucky to be a patient here.

My experience is no improvements are required.

The surgery staff are always responsive and listen to you Surgery was immaculate as always Waiting time was minimal Dr Barrett was caring thoughtful and professional in what he was doing I left the surgery in a good state of mind Thank you

This is mainly for Dr Goodfellow ,you stayed late to see me last week,I thought I had a chest infection,but you did me a letter and said go to hospital that night,I had a collapsed lung and spent 4 days in hospital,even the nurse at the hospital said it was a good spot on your part so thank you from me
