Initially I was not offered a Doctor's appointment at all and was advised to go to Bognor Hospital Walk -in centre.I privately saw Mr Wilson for two weeks.When I requested an appointment with a Doctor I had to wait six weeks for one.

It is far too distressing to have to wait six weeks not knowing what is wrong with you .You have excellent health care professionals but sometimes only seeing a doctor will do.

Easy to get an appointment. Not easy to get one in an appropriate time frame.

Medication reviews should be carried out as part of annual reviews and / or blood tests.

Won't allow in-surgery appointments even though I am repeatedly very far down the telephone queue.

I've felt really let down by this surgery and the staff . Doctors don't listen ever staff expect kindness and respect but can't give it the call in is horrific all the time appointment time is a disaster waiting weeks to talk to someone who doesn't care or have the time for you . I've been to and many times awaited 10 hours!!! and received much better care than this surgery... its a place of very little care very upsetting staff And the latest visit the receptionist would rather sit and drink tea than book you in I can't explain the anger
