Turned up as a disabled person to be told I wouldn’t be seen as I didn’t have legs to walk to a room ! Disgusting behaviour
Have to listen to awful depressing music are on hold for at least an hour even to get to pharmacy.
System is poor. You even go in to get an appointment.
Shame doctors even London you can phone straight away to speak to someone.
The practice is repeatedly short staffed and only taking urgent appointment bookings. It took me fifty minutes on the phone to speak to someone only to be told that there weren't even appointments left for urgent conditions, and that all I could do was to ring back the following morning and wait a long time on the phone again with no certainty of getting an appointment for that day too. I was told that there was a button on the website called e-consult where I could book an appointment online. There was no such button on the website when I subsequently looked. Appalling service towards people who are very ill and need help.
I want to register for repeat prescription. The answering machine throws me out after 20 minute wait. I can't get prescription without talking to a nurse. what am I going to do?
Online registration is impossible
I've been put on a waiting list in lots if calls only to be hung up on once I'm through. I need my prescription order approved, I've run out of my medicine and have been waiting for days.
