Easy to book an appointment that was convenient for me. Text communication was good as well in confirming the appointment and accessing the results.

It can be difficult getting a routine appointment with a Dr. Same day can be alright if you phone at 8.30am. The doctors are professional. The one Dr I try to see is very professional and understanding. Reception are amazing! These are the frontline of the service and deserve our respect. The man on Reception is fantastic. A real asset to the surgery. I just wish the NHS would open more surgeries in Chichester, as surgeries like this are under terrible strain with the volume of people now in the area. I have found this surgery outstanding.

I have only had a couple of negative experiences in this surgery, unfortunately both recently with nurses. Both were relating to diabetes.

I got through quite quickly to speak to reception but it took nearly a month for the actual telephone. I was given stop gap prescription until my appointment.

I really miss not having a specific Women’s Health Nurse and the face to face. I know I would have put up with menopause if it wasn’t for the regular appointments just g to voiding on that. Having said that everyone I have had contact with are helpful, supportive and caring.

I have at times in the past tried to make an appointment but I work full time and have tried to explain to the receptionist that it's not always easy to get to the surgery or take a phone appointment but they don't seem to take this into account, I think that would be helpful if the practise saved a few appointments for people like me as full time workers race this problem on a daily basis

As explained above ...reserving a few appointments for full time workers would be extremely helpful
