I got through quite quickly to speak to reception but it took nearly a month for the actual telephone. I was given stop gap prescription until my appointment.

Suggested improvements
I really miss not having a specific Women’s Health Nurse and the face to face. I know I would have put up with menopause if it wasn’t for the regular appointments just g to voiding on that. Having said that everyone I have had contact with are helpful, supportive and caring.
