It’s a fantastic surgery with friendly approachable staff they will do their up most to accommodate you. My son is type 1 diabetic and they will always get us seen

This has to be the very best surgery I have ever attended, I transferred from another local surgery, where appointment times were often in excess of 2-3 weeks
This surgery falls over backwards t give an early appointment if necessary, dr Richards always has time for his patients very understanding and always so patient to listen, amazingly personable and immediately puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door, more than happy to discuss medication reasons and options.....so very impressed.....thank you

I hear so many complaints from people about their surgeries and how difficult it is to deal with the receptionists I feel that I and my family are lucky to be with this surgery. there has never been an occasion that we have been refused access to a doctor in an emergency. All staff are helpful and polite. The only difficulty with getting an appointment is if the line is constantly engaged.
