I hear so many complaints from people about their surgeries and how difficult it is to deal with the receptionists I feel that I and my family are lucky to be with this surgery. there has never been an occasion that we have been refused access to a doctor in an emergency. All staff are helpful and polite. The only difficulty with getting an appointment is if the line is constantly engaged.
