Absolute waste of a surgery. My wife and I called 3 days in a row (called from the first minute of their opening time) to get an appointment for our unwell 5 year old. The first day, after trying for almost an hour, they told us they were fully booked. We tried for two more days. No response, long holds or they kept hanging up after we stayed on hold for minutes. Absolute waste. Whats the point of a GP surgery when you can't get through to them!

Uncaring staff on reception. Have to disclose all personal information to receptionist so they can decide if they want to help you or not.

Dr Richard is one of the best Doctors I have ever had, unfortunately he is let down by the Surgery efficiency, or lack of it. In the current pandemic crisis, I was told a video appointment system would be setup, this has NOT happened....the welcome message when phoning the surgery has NOT changed since the beginning of the pandemic, despite reporting it urgently needs updating on several occasions and the receptions agreeing with me.....it’s impossible to get through by phone, I have to drive to the surgery and put a note in the letterbox, not all patients are able to do this....the email & messaging system are completely ignored. Making it virtually impossible to contact the surgery....a video appointment with the doctor would be a lot safer for him, the staff and the patients......this surgery as I said are not efficient and need to get their act together....thanks goodness they have DR Richard.
I've been with this practice for many year's and would not change.
I find the Doctor's both past and present to be very competent and helpful
