Not always easy to get an appointment, should be able to ring up anytime and get in so you can plan ahead.

If all of our appointments were available to book in advance there would be no on the day appointments available for emergencies we release appointments each week that are available to book 2 weeks in advance

Unfortunately we have a finite number of appointments and demand outstrips them, we have no more rooms available and no more doctors so unfortunately there may sometimes be a wait for an appointment

Excellent service. Although surely under pressure the practice got my blood results back very quickly and a face to face with Dr Provin the same day. Dr Provin talked through my options and we settled on a plan. Although behind with his consultations and at the end of the day I definitely did not feel rushed he took time to discuss my health.

I was expecting to have difficulty getting an appointment, simply because that is how it is presented in the media. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the same morning I rang. Well done Byfield Medical Centre.

Can't think of anything. Maybe a clearer indication that there are two waiting rooms.

I seen Dr James as I was fearful of another miscarriage. She was very cold and blunt with me, and lacked any compassion atall.
