The staff work very hard and do their best to help. It must be a thankless task sometimes.
it takes far too long to book an appointment, and sometimes the critical period of the illness has passed by the time the appointment arrives.
some of the reception staff are very helpful and pleasant but others are not, its a bit of a lottery.
some of the doctors do not appear to be interested and have to be pushed to help. most doctors ask ridiculous questions like "what do you think it is" or " is that what you expected".
i go to be told what is wrong not be asked.
when you can actually get an appointment then the drs are great.....some of the receptionists need more training on how to treat patients..
The car park at High Green needs designated disabled bays. Also the staff from the attached pharmacy and the district nurses, if parked somewhere else, would make parking a lot easier, after all, you would expect sick and infirm people to visit. I would like to point out that all the Ladies on the counter are fantastic. They go out of their way to help, thank you all.
The only problem I have is getting an appointment with my doctor of choice, otherwise all the staff are helpful and will do their best to provide you with the care and attention that you require.
