I have been a patient of the centre for many years and have always been treated well by the doctors and nurses and receptionists. The centre is professionally run and a nice environment which seems to change and improve on each visit. Whenever people talk about any falling standards in the NHS I always mention that my medical centre is exemplary. (Incidentally this survey only accepts American spelling and usage as the norm, not UK spelling - e.g it indicates "centre" is spelt wrong, and for that matter says "spelt" is wrong which it is not in UK English usage. I think this should be changed to accept UK spelling only as the survey is about the UK NHS.)

Now I book online and log in to the computer to sign in it's a much more pleasurable experience as before I could never get through on the phone, there is always a queue and the receptionists are not the most helpful people I have ever met. Now I don't have to deal with them at all so it is very nice and much quicker.
