Brondesbury Medical Centre

I have given a review on Dr. Braithwaite and now on Brondesbury Surgery because I have been asked to do so.

Extremely rude and unhelpful receptionists. No point joining as your can never get an appointment that doesn't have less than a 2 week wait to it.

I am writing to share my experience with the reception of the Brondesbury medical center today. Denise the star receptionist of the medical center spent almost an hour to sort out my mess. She and Sabah did an amazing job to booking an emergency GP appointment for me. Wonderful customer service, I cannot thank them enough.

Brondesbury Medical Centre,is a welcoming and friendly environment.

There are some really good GPs here - like Dr Trigg and Dr Ahmad. There is one member of the Reception team who is really lovely and helpful, unfortunately the rest seem very fed up and annoyed at dealing with patients. That really puts you off. The care overall is good and I wouldn't change GPs but many members of staff have a fatigued attitude and this puts you off getting the care you need or having confidence in their ability. Some real gems to be seen though, just keep trying the various GPs until you find one you click with.

apart from gp ahmad, GPs at the surgery have been great so far. some very good docs there! appointment can be handled and schedule better for urgent cases(same day) rather than waiting days or more.

The receptionists are ready to bite!!!
