Brilliant GP practice attended for annual flu vaccine and covid booster today. Well organised and efficient friendly when attending. All staff always go the extra mile to sort any issues

I found that the patient access system works very well, it allows me to make a telephone appointment directly. This allowed me to get to speak to the GP directly to explain my symptoms. Thus the GP could determine if I needed to come in for a face to face examination. I also then go email/text message confirmations. The surgery I found was well organised and scrupulously clean. My appointment with Dr Wright was very comprehensive and I felt that my health issues were being progressed in a logical an comprehensive fashion.

The only issue I had was that on occasion the touch screen log in process is out of action.
