As a family, All of our experiences of this practice have consistently been nothing short of outstanding. What is obvious and what very much compliments the quiet excellence of the medical, clinical and practitioner care, is the high quality management and admin’ capability. When so much criticism is made of NHS GP services, this practice is a real beacon of best practice and performance.

Whilst, of course, as in all things, improvements are always possible, frankly, the present level of performance is already outstanding in my experience so I would feel churlish to comment in this feedback section.

Spoke to doctor quickly with plenty of telephone appointments available. Seen by nurse within an hour of telephone consult. Staff very friendly. Excellent service.

Very easy if you’re tech savvy and can book the telephone consultations on the app. Must be hard for others and for booking childrens appt it is hard as have to join queue. Would be good if app had children in your account so you could manage things there for them too to alleviate receptionists.
