Trying to book appointments on the app is sometimes hard as none are available and if you phone you can't get a call back at a convenient time.
Discussing your health whilst at work isn't practical.
Suggested improvements
Allow a call back at convenient times rather than say within a couple of hours, particularly if you're at work.
