The practise and ALL the staff show great respect to the patients they deal with. They are very sympathetic and always attentive when dealing with the patients and the carers. Making an appointment is very straightforward and the doctors always call back within the hour. They are always looking at ways to make the patient experience a safe and welcoming one.

At the moment and the way I use the surgery, I can't think of anything that can be bettered.

I called yesterday and Dr called back got an appointment for this morning. Very thorough examination. Very pleased with the service I received. I was seen by 2 medical students first who were excellent and then seen by GP. All round excellent

All good regarding the appointment

Since having my two vaccines, flu and COVID at the same time I’ve been very unwell, so much so that I’ve had three days in bed, with high temperature and aches and shivers and constant headache. On contacting the surgery I was told that I’d had a bad reaction to the dual vaccines and that having the two together had overwhelmed my immune system. Might I suggest for future reference’s that these vaccines are provided separately, to avoid this happening to other people.

Well I had my flu jab but also was eligible for my covid booster but the nurse asked how old I am and she said I’m not eligible, I had a text message saying that I am eligible for the covid booster but got told I wasn’t.
