Well I had my flu jab but also was eligible for my covid booster but the nurse asked how old I am and she said I’m not eligible, I had a text message saying that I am eligible for the covid booster but got told I wasn’t.

Great service, care and made to feel a real person even though they were very busy vaccinating for both flu and Covid. Answered out questions about the pneumonia vaccine too. Friendly and good humoured. This is as important as efficiency to me.
