Had the two jabs yesterday at Galletly in Bourne PE10 Easy parking and access. Pleasant staff, no queue, just flowed in as so well organised. Not too difficult to see someone, either doctor or nurse once you get through on the phone. Lucky to be with them, do hope it stays that way. They're the best! LW

Flu & Covid Jab today. A lovely greeting at the door and given clear instructions on where to go. Waited a whole 30 seconds before being directed to a Treatment Room. Again, lovely staff and very personable. As I went out a lovely young lady said thank you to me! No! Thank you to all your staff! Very efficient. I was so impressed that I nipped to the shop and bought boxes of mince pies for their tea break. Well done all! As always, the Practice provides excellent care. We are very fortunate.

Excellent service from booking either online or calling the surgery direct. The doctors always call within the alloted time and if an appointment is required, one is always given the same day.I was in and out for my Covid jab within 5 minutes - couldn’t fault the whole process.

I cannot fault any part of the practice. Shame the rest of the country can’t perform to the same high standards - feel very lucky to have such great quality of care on my doorstep.
