I think for many reasons this surgery should be held up as an example to those surgeries failing to give even a fraction of the care required.

Had a minor surgical procedure done at the practice today. The GP & nurse had great communication, were professional, made sure I understood everything. My patient experience was outstanding. Thank you.

Covid & flu jab Nurse was super efficient and I was checked in and injected very quickly. No queues or problems. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

NHS App and text reminders did not make it easy to book. I could only book fly jab but thankfully nurse processed my information quickly and gave me both . App should be easy to use and main route to book in 2022
