Had a minor surgical procedure done at the practice today. The GP & nurse had great communication, were professional, made sure I understood everything. My patient experience was outstanding. Thank you.

Covid & flu jab Nurse was super efficient and I was checked in and injected very quickly. No queues or problems. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

NHS App and text reminders did not make it easy to book. I could only book fly jab but thankfully nurse processed my information quickly and gave me both . App should be easy to use and main route to book in 2022

I did not have to wait very long at all. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The Dr. Was new to me, she introduced herself, was understanding, pleasant, compassionate and professional. She tried to reassure me and referred me to the appropriate consultant/department. I was back at work within 40 minutes.

Nothing. As trips to the Doctor's go....it was ok.
