I am a relatively new patient to this practice but do have a few health issues. All the staff including doctors , nurses , clinicians and pharmacy have been kind considerate and welcoming. If I need tests or results I get an appointment promptly and the results related to me quickly. I am so impressed by the service I have received at this practice. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic GP surgery. Such an efficient service for their patients. Every time I have needed to ring, whether for myself or for my children, I have always been offered an appointment the same day if clinically required. All the doctors and nurses at the surgery are lovely and although they are (presumably) running under extreme pressures, this is never conveyed and I always feel listened to.

I just hope that the great service can continue to run in the fantastic way it does under the pressure that the health service is under at the moment.

Took a few attempts to get into the queue but once through was relatively easy and quick to get a call back for my 2 year old.

Nothing, I was seen the same day, my son was made to feel comfortable and he happily complied with the observations which is a first for him, when we’ve seen other doctors/nurses at other practices in the past!

I called at 8.30am today (Monday), got through immediately and then was called back by a doctor within an hour. Doctor decided I needed to be examined, so booked me in for an appointment at 10am. Left with a prescription for antibiotics and steroids, which I collected and was home by 10.45. Fabulous service in such busy times. Can’t fault Galletly!!

Galatley is a fantastic practice always get excellent treatment, never had a problem getting an appointment or seeing a doctor.
