Fantastic surgery and staff. Always pleasant and helpful. Clinicians keep me informed. Only criticism is that as I live only a few yards away I cannot collect my prescription from the surgery which is most inconvenient and odd.

Pharmacy lets this practice down. Often slow service but worse is the continual lack of items at the time collection, needing repeat six mile return trips to check if arrived!

We find since the new procedures have been implemented it has reduced the waiting time to see the doctor or nurse and cannot understand people who complain as we have always found the Galletly practice to be very helpful . Thank you Mr &Mrs RA Booth

To get an appointment you need to ring the surgery and tell the receptionist what is wrong and then a doctor will ring back in an hour to make the appointment. It seems a waste of resources if you just wish to make an annual appointment for the doctor to make the appointment.
