The new system of a doctor calling you before arranging an appointment is fantastic. As a result I managed to get an appointment 30 minutes after the call by the doctor on the same day I wanted to arrange an appointment. The doctor was very reassuring, helpful and welcoming.

In my many years I have visited at least 20 GP surgeries around the country . This practice is the best I have ever used. Great job keep it up.

Luckily myself and my family are quite healthy so we don't have to visit the surgery too much. I use the repeat prescription service which is really good, alot easier than parking in the town. When we have needed to see a doctor on the odd occassion, we have been given an appointment on the same day or telephone appointment as it now is.

I have been a patient with the surgery now for 6 years during that time I have never had reason for complaint, in fact quite the opposite, the care and attention my husband and I have received has been excellent, we have been through some difficult times have always felt that we have been listened to, made to feel human and not just a number, from the receptionist , dispensary , nursing staff through to the doctors, we have always been given as much or as little time as we need, we have even asked for help when a family member visited us and forgot his much needed medication he was taken on as a temporary patient and they were able to assist with the much needed prescription, we trust and respect every team member in the practise, and very much recommend the practise to anyone looking for a GP the new phone back system appears to be working.

I cannot praise this surgery enough. I have regular appointments and blood tests due to being diabetic and have never had any cause to complain or even grumble. The new phone back system has cut down on actual visits to the doctors and have gotten me in on the day I have rung on other occasions. The staff are friendly and helpful from the reception all the way to the GP's. I am lucky to see the same doctor on most of my visits so enjoy a consistent level of care, it has also enabled us to build a level of trust which makes difficult situations much easier. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone.
