Birchwood Medical Practice has been welcoming towards me personally the treatment has been good and very friendly to date getting an appointment has been good when I've phoned on the day but getting an appointment with a certain doctor has been difficult but that's how it is in todays world all in all I must say I'm very satisfied with the service and care I receive from the friendly staff and doctors at the practice

So easy to get same day appointments. The staff are so friendly even at 8.30 when inundated with calls. If they are busy they offer other solutions to get seen. I have received amazing care and support by the doctors, and if they are not sure they have got a second opinion from colleagues. Prescriptions are always completed on time and sent directly to the chemist. The service is so efficient, caring and kind so I can not recommend it highly enough.

great practive. all staff really friendly and caring . would really benefit from online appointments, having to call after 8.30 is no good for people who work. by the tome you travel to work, call in, you may have to travel back, employers don't like this either

The doctor (Roman), I saw on Tuesday went the extra mile. I had a plastic filter hearing aid cap lodged in my right ear. Later in the morning I came home to find a message Dr Raman had booked on appointment with me at A and E. Surgical assessment for the next day. The cap was quickly removed, I was very grateful. A. Appointment made. B. Cap removed.
