The doctor (Roman), I saw on Tuesday went the extra mile. I had a plastic filter hearing aid cap lodged in my right ear. Later in the morning I came home to find a message Dr Raman had booked on appointment with me at A and E. Surgical assessment for the next day. The cap was quickly removed, I was very grateful. A. Appointment made.
