My elderly mother called for an emergency appointment today and two nurses visited this afternoon. They telephoned just before arriving to ensure she was able to let them in. Following their diagnosis my mother felt reassured and calmer, however it was the kind and very considerate manner that really made the difference. Thank you Birchington Medical Centre.

I called at 3.40 pm (19/3/18) and was given an appointment for 5.15 the same day - which I felt was excellent as I was extremely unwell and distressed.
The receptionist help calm me and asked the relevant questions and the quick appointment.
I was seen by Stephanie Reed - Nurse Practitioner and she was extremely helpful and professional.

Is it not wonderful,that since the practise got a lady practise manager manager,things have improved beyond belief--more smiles,less scowls--long may she reign !

I went down for an appointment at 8 am I was given one for 9 am same day. I saw Dan he then put me on for referral I was home by 9.35 how about that for service. You would not get better service then this if you went private Thank you Birchington Medical centre.

The Practise Nurses at our surgery are lovely, despite being extremely busy they always have a smile and have time for you, they are in fact the backbone of the surgery and without them the surgery would not function as well as it does.
