Patients do not realise that time scales for appointments are put on Doctors by the government, Birbeck Doctors in my experience give you the time that is important to the patient and I do not mind waiting longer on an appointment because one day that could be me. For me my Doctor was thorough, caring and explained everything well and I left very at ease after a very professional service with nurse lucy and Dr Marshall. Thanks

I telephoned and left a message for Dr Scott. He returned the call within the hour and I was able to collect a new prescription this evening. The lady who took my call, Dr Scott and the receptionist who gave me my new prescription were all very helpful and lovely.

I have been a patient a this surgery for many years and have always without exception, been dealt with in a very professional manner in which my needs have been a priority. There is very little, if any room for improvement in my opinion.

The personal care is excellent and the doctor listened to me as a whole person and not just as an illness.
