I telephoned and left a message for Dr Scott. He returned the call within the hour and I was able to collect a new prescription this evening. The lady who took my call, Dr Scott and the receptionist who gave me my new prescription were all very helpful and lovely.

Polite, without being patronizing. Receptionist adjusted my appointment to suit my needs in a helpful, cheerful manner. Cannot fault today's visit. Left emergency feeling happy and very grateful.

Today's care was great. No appointment but I was seen within 10 minutes by a doctor. Improvement could be in office reception. The level of noise- conversations, laughter, squealing last night e t c was audible, not only when waiting in reception but also in the waiting room- it was very quiet in the waiting room today.
