It isn't always easy to get an appointment and if done online not clear it its a telephone call or at surgery

I ha e always found staff very helpful

Bit difficult

I was at the covid clinic and there was a queue with about a 20 min wait which was fine for me. There were a couple of elderly people also in the queue , which is on a slight hill, who found it very difficult to stand for that length of time. The lady behind me ,who had double sticks , knees gave way so I got a wheelchair from inside sat her in it and she was allowed to go straight in. I realise chairs outside wouldn’t necessarily work . But I think maybe someone keeping their eye out for the elderly and ready to help. Luckily it wasn’t raining or cold would have been chaos!

My husband asked for a an early covid jab appt for me when he was having vax. The reason because I was travelling to Jordan at the end of the month and needed to be protected. Although I was technically too young for this cohort, an appt was made for me and the vax received on the same day. I am very grateful. Thank you.

I was concerned that an elderly woman appeared for her appt and told the volunteers her husband wouldn’t be coming because he had just been diagnosed with covid. She was allowed in, but I was not sure if this was correct policy. Other people in the line up were concerned.
