You find it more and more difficult to get an appointment.

Suggested improvements
There are now appointments available for the first hour each day . After which it's almost impossible to get through. It would help if you could get appointments for the first two hours or even up to 12.00 p.m.

Only problem with the surgery is the inability to make an appointment with your doctor. It is over two years since I last saw Dr Simkin, or any other doctor. I get the impression that I am not important enough! I find the reception staff as helpful as they can be in the circumstances and have no complaints about their efficiency or their attitude. Make doctors appointments more accessible and within a shorter timescale. I am 77 years old and find this situation difficult to deal with. Ido not request an appointment very often but find that when I do it seems impossible without spending inordinate time on the telephone with no acceptable resolution when I eventually manage to speak to someone at the surgery.

Had Flu and COVID jab. Staff very caring and informative. It is difficult getting appointment. Some times I have waited 55 minute on the phone and that’s from 8am. When you eventually speak to someone all appointments have gone. Your staff are always polite and try to help. The village has grown so much. I appreciate the issues your all experiencing. When I have had phone consultation or face to face, I don’t have anything to complain about. We are lucky to have the caring staff.
