I visited the surgery to have cryogenics on a mole and verucca Doctor G. saw me. As always he was very helpful, undertook the treatment and made another appointment for a few weeks time. No complaints from me!

A really lovely experience the surgery is clean and inviting I waiting a little longer than the time I was booked but no too much 10 Mins or so and the nurse apologised - I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed, I was kept informed during the whole time and felt confident and relaxed

The only difficulty is sometimes getting an appointment but this was a routine one so I was invited which tends to be an easier process

The reception staff were very helpful and arranged a doctor's appointment at short notice. The doctor was very attentive and sought a second opinion which was very reassuring. And the Pharmacy team provided a prescription within minutes. I can't be more grateful for the care I was given.

My appointment was 4 45 I went in at 5 40 yet was offered no explanation or apology for the wait In the end I asked the receptionist whether I had bee forgotten. I was told there had been “technical difficulties “ That was all However when I did go in Dr B ? from (Sierra Leone) apologised profusely for keeping me waiting an hour as she had been held up on the M25
