I went in at 5 40 yet was offered no explanation or apology for the wait
In the end I asked the receptionist whether I had bee forgotten. I was told there had been “technical difficulties “
That was all
However when I did go in Dr B ? from (Sierra Leone) apologised profusely for keeping me waiting an hour as she had been held up on the M25
