This is by far an exemplar Medical Centre. A testament to how well it is efficiently managed, run and cared, with high ethical family/people values. Well done Dr Church and Partners - true ambassadors for the NHS, together with your staff/team. You can always find who is behind the root successes of a great service by looking at the leader. Great healthcare, patient standards and efficiency make up the platform to this flag ship Medical Centre. All the staff work together as a solid team with true respect and commitment to be a success. Lessons learned together and changes embraced through collaboration with everyone - welcoming patient feedback as comments (not complaints) and making change in areas that could be done better. All follow professional standards, working tirelessly for excellence throughout to make Beversbrook Medical Centre the best in the UK. A spectacular NHS Beacon - I for one agree with this. I have been a patient since 2005, and I am 61 this year - moved around the UK a lot from a child and adult - a good measure of NHS experiences come with this. I have never seen or experienced such a well run NHS service that I have mentioned above. Equally, the atmosphere and ambience breaths comfort and ease, putting patience at rest and calming our minds and concerns. I have always been treated with respect and welcomed with a smile and eye contact. The speed and quality of service practice healthcare is of the highest I have ever received. My sincere thanks and congratulations goes to Dr Church and ALL staff.

I have great admiration and respect for the doctors in this surgery but the administration side of this surgery seems to be very laid back in arranging "urgent" hospital appointments, on two occasions I have had to chase them up as they seemingly until then had not been arranged.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you have had trouble arranging hospital appointments. Typically we don't get involved in organising urgent appointments as these are dealt with by the individual hospitals themselves, however I would be interested in exploring this further to see if there is something which we can improve on. I think more communication needs to be done between health visitors and doctors in regards to treatment and what is to be done in an appointment. When both are saying different things this makes it very difficult for a parent to know what your supposed to do.

I have always been very impressed with this surgery. I have always been able to get an appointment when I need one and always found all of the staff to be friendly, helpful and, most of all, very knowledgeable.
