Don't quite understand why Fellview Health care fell the need to turn off the prescription answerphone (that they never answer anyway) when they go off on training.

I was seen by Kathryn Rigg on 30/3/17, despite being late for my appointment ( due to road traffic accident & traffic ), she was kind enough to see me, spend time with me & also take bloods in her limited time. I wish we have more caring, smiling nurses like her. Thank you Kathryn & Fellview health care.

During my time at this Surgery I have seen it descend from an excellent well run surgery to the one of the worst medical practices I have ever been registered with. The problems are:- Appointments are not always available, it is virtually impossible to get a day appointment. Prescriptions requests are mishandled and if additional medication is required due to holidays, it is always a problem because it is not prescribed without a second request. Doctors & Nurses will not listen to patients when discussing medical condition. Being moved from one Doctor to another without prior consultation.

I moved from another area of the country, and there, the practice allowed me to booked appointments with the practice. Your practice allows me to book only one appointment. This is frustrating as I need to book several GP and nurse appointments. Surely a more flexible approach would reduce the burden on reception/back office staff in finding appointments?

Too hard to get an appointment, and when you do there is always a huge wait time. I went to two appointments and one blood appointment over three weeks and combined they made me wait 90 minutes.
