During my time at this Surgery I have seen it descend from an excellent well run surgery to the one of the worst medical practices I have ever been registered with.
The problems are:- Appointments are not always available, it is virtually impossible to get a day appointment.
Prescriptions requests are mishandled and if additional medication is required due to holidays, it is always a problem because it is not prescribed without a second request.
Doctors & Nurses will not listen to patients when discussing medical condition.
Being moved from one Doctor to another without prior consultation.
