I moved from another area of the country, and there, the practice allowed me to booked appointments with the practice. Your practice allows me to book only one appointment. This is frustrating as I need to book several GP and nurse appointments.
Surely a more flexible approach would reduce the burden on reception/back office staff in finding appointments?
