I recently required help with some issues I had encountered in attempting to sort out medication/vaccinations for my son's trip overseas. The nurse/receptionist was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure all our bases were covered with excellent advice, even calling me at home to give her further thoughts. Definitely the type of service I have come to expect from the doctors and staff at the surgery but still lovely to encounter. Thank you!

The Doctors are young, knowledgable, courtoeus and kind. I feel they listen, and answer any questions I may have. I am confident I am receiving the best care possible from the NHS with The Barn Surgery and all its staff, doctors and nurses. Thanks to them all.

With regard to the experience I had with a recent repeat prescription being denied due to an error by staff misreading when I last had the medication dispensed I have a suggestion to make. When the prescription is denied for what ever reason I would suggest you contact the patient as soon as possible to explain the situation so it can be discussed. In my case it was five days before I discovered what had occurred when I went to the pharmacy to collect my tablets to be told that they had never received the prescription.
