Trying to get through to the surgery is a disgrace. Been calling for two days since before half 8 to ensure my call would be answered, yet at exactly half past after continually calling, their phone was ‘engaged’ which I highly doubt as I was pressing ‘call back’ on my phone. Need to seriously sort this problem out.

The reception staff are very helpful and professional. If you need an appointment with a doctor and none are available, they can give advice on when to call to speak to the doctor directly. They'll help in any way they can. They're a credit to the clinic!!

The nursing staff and the reception/office personnel are a credit to the Practice and the Partners. The level of professionalism, combined with a family-friendly atmosphere of belonging ensures nerves are rarely a concern for visitors.
