I am still trying to get the practice manager to do the courtesy of returning my call I am concerned about a diagnosis on my mother last week. I am not apportioning Blame but looking for an explanation. I know it’s hard at this moment I also want a doctor to talk to my mum who is the patient for just a few minutes. All has not been possible Incredibly disappointed

We use the surgery at Carpenders park, and I've never found admin the staff competent or caring. Not easy to get appointments, and as to the passing of information etc between patient and Dr, forget it! They seem totally disorganised. There also seems to be no comms between nurses and Dr's.

Absolutely disgusting. Me and my wife phoned them seeking help and we were treated with nothing but rude indifference and a doctor who sounded like he had a chip on his shoulder. We are now seeking a new GP practitioner. Past experience of this GP is pretty consistent with this latest incident, doctors with very little experience and the only urgency they show is when they try to get you out of there office.
