The GP which I am regularly seen by is fantastic. I always feel fully involved and well informed about any decisions and feel like I am being offered the best possible service. This is reassuring as a patient and thus I feel very satisfied. Sometimes it is very difficult to get a hold of the receptionist by telephone however once in practice they are always very helpful.

It's almost impossible to get through to book an appointment. I normally have to call several times per day and for several days consecutively before anyone answers my call. Once (finally) someone answers my call, I’m normally faced with a two weeks waiting before I can see a doctor. Once (finally) I get to see a doctor, it’s normally someone like Dr Obaro who only half-listens to what I’m saying and then quickly gives me a completely wrong diagnosis, without making any inspection. I normally get dismissed in a matter of seconds. I then have to resolve the problem privately, which is very disappointing given the huge amount of taxes that I pay every year into the NHS.
