Waste of time contacting them. Wish we could go back to how it used to be, Dr Paton/Nurse Carney.

I’ve been with this doctors for years and over the last 1/2 years they have gone down hill. They are unhelpful, they do not care and they need reported for negligence. Don’t wast your time with them , i may as well use doc google be more helpful. Im changing docs as soon as I can and so is the rest of my family

I cannot believe that the previous reviewer attends the same practice as my husband and I. We have been patients at this practice for almost fifteen years since we moved into the area. Unfortunately we have had reason to attend the clinic more frequently than we would choose. We have been treated by all the doctors and most of the clinicians and have found them to be very professional effective pleasant and supportive. The receptionists too are without exception very pleasant professional and helpful. At times they have to be very patient. We consider ourselves to be fortunate to have been recommended to register with the practice by our neighbour when we moved into the area. We would have no hesitation in recommemding the practice and have done so on many occasions.

I callled today for my flu jab because I received a letter in the post to attend on Thursday the 24th Nov 2016 /I advised the receptionist I couldn't make that date as I worked I advised her I was available on the 30th in the afternoon she quickly advised me nothing on that date she went away and checked came back and advised me there was a appointment at 8 am and 5 pm with my train getting in at 5 I said is there any leeway I was told no everyone has to be here by 5 patients really don't matter to your surgery I ended the call saying don't bother I will now contact my MP regards you terrible service your job should be to be there for your patients some of us work..thanks once again for you customer care unbelievable..
