Stenhouse Practice

I have been a patient at this practice for twenty years and I feel this practice is run for the benefit of the doctors and staff, I do not feel the practice is run for the benefit of patients. The phone message before the options tells you to see your optician for eyes, your dentist for teeth your podiatrist for feet and your pharmacist for everything else, seems they don’t want you there.

The surgery is a new building lots of doctors is clean tidy and staff are always happy to help you thankyou Practice Manager June for helping me just now. I would like doctors to see that we are all human some people makes mistakes but it how we all act together to get better that makes the difference
