Ochilview Practice

Dr Speedie is completely incompetent. No care at all for infant patients. Not remotely proactive in her approach. Almost impossible to get a face to face appointment even though other doctors have written in notes that follow ups are recommended in person.

Fantastic surgery and great staff.

Been with this practice for 16years and always been seen by a doctor when required.I have total confidence in the GP's and never had any issues.Due to changes beyond the surgeries control it sometimes takes a bit longer to get an appointment but this is normal these days.I would recommend this practice 100%

You can rarely get an appointment, phone or surgery,in a timely fashion. They are downright obnoxious when it comes to getting test results, you are left in no doubt reception are doing you a favour by telling you in the prescribed hours. There are only two of the GP who have been consistently reliable, and one is a student. Frequently condescending and aloof, whilst delivering a very average to poor service. If I had a choice, I'd have another surgery.

I have been registered with this practice for 5 years and have found the services to very poor, from receptionist, to nurse to GP’s. I don’t believe they see the practice as a service to patients and feel like a nuisance, even though I rarely contact them.

Needs to be more appointments even if only a telephone conversation

Incredibly rude and unhelpful receptionists to the point patient care is comprimised! The medics are great, but due to the reception staff and practice management I would recommend to avoid this practice
