Queens Bower Surgery

im a new patient and was requested to see the doctor before she would give me a much needed prescription item i have been taking for years.my appointment time was 18.10pm and i arrived 10 minutes earley.i was very uncomfortable and suffering from back pain whilst waiting to be seen.at 18.55pm i could not take much more pain so i got up and returned home.there was no mention about doctorArya running late no apology.there were only 4 people including myself waiting to be seen.it appears all the bad things i heard about this surgery are true and i am now going to register elsewhere as i believe this surgery is the worse i have ever attended.i would definitely advise anyone against registering here at queens bower surgery.i fully intend to report this to the board of practitioners/patients complaints cooucil.

We have always been treated lovely at the surgery, the receptionists are very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them and they are very pleasant with patients. Dr Arya is a very good Dr....very thorough and has a great manner about him, he has helped me and my family tremendously, and for this I am very grateful.
