Absolutely terrible appointment system. You can only get a telephone appointment if you ring at 8am. Even if you ring on the dot, I have twice been told I am 19th in the queue. Yesterday despite holding for 40 minutes to speak to reception I still didn't get an appointment but was offered on in 3 weeks time or told to ring back tomorrow at 8am next day. Feeling very poorly at present & the last thing I need is early rising to no avail. Awful music on wait with dreadful announcements every few seconds.
