I am extremely disappointed with the care I received, and unfortunately, this is not the first time. The unprofessional behavior of certain doctors is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of standards. What’s even more concerning is the continued inaction from management, despite repeated issues. This ongoing disregard is unacceptable and demonstrates a failure in responsibility.
- After my recent appointment with Dr. Francis Roe, I was left feeling deeply disheartened and unsupported. Infertility is an incredibly difficult and emotionally exhausting journey, and I had hoped for compassion and understanding from a medical professional. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude and sarcastic questioning—particularly when I requested a repeat blood test. I was asked, “What are you going to do with the results?” in a way that made me feel belittled, as if my concerns weren’t valid or worth addressing. This kind of response shows a clear lack of sensitivity and understanding of just how difficult and vulnerable the experience of infertility can be. I did not feel heard, supported, or respected—and no patient should be made to feel that way, especially during such a personal and challenging time.

great surgery, helpful staff and doctors caring, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone locally

I have been a patient for 18/12. Not only is it an excellent practice in all categories above, but I have felt the Doctors and reception staff "go the extra mile" for you and try and anticipate your needs. You always are treated as a person and not just an item being processed.
