40 minutes most days of calling and you can't even get in the queue, you have to listen to the longwinded automated machine then get told 'sorry we can't take your call' even when you do get through the receptionists are rude. I was in need of antidepressants... two weeks I called at 8 in morning on the 3rd week when I had none left I told the receptionist and she said you should have called before now! After explaining that I have been and I get suicidal she was still rude and told me to call again Monday morning. I said what if I start to feel suicidal she told me to call 999. So I lost it and shouted well if I kill myself it's on you. My friend called later that day and got me a call back where the doctor told me...'I don't know why they're telling you that because we now have appointments available for up to two weeks in advance' yet still the receptionist says call in morning at 8. When you ask how to complain you're told there's an email on theor website.....LIES. There is no way whatsoever to complain unless you go in face to face and fill out a form that will be passed to the doctor in charge. Absoloute disgrace of a surgery.

This is the worst practise ever I have met. They always hang up the line. Staffs are lies all the time as because they never recording any calls, and if you made any complaint they will refuse all words and blaming you and then ask you to go to other GP.Several times when i called them the young male receptionist told " gp will call you back" he not even opened our record... They told me my son registered in England and he never.. the guy told gP will call back and later the manager said my sons record not even live. They called us on phone threathened us and then denied all words!! Every body in high risk who is with this practise. Our data or health is unsafe here and I have no idea how they can do this without any action!! REfusing basic health care, lies to the community it is criminal !!

  • You must ask apology when you do mistakes, you must admire you made them. You SHOULD NOT REFUSE the basic health care or hang up the line !!!!

The receptionists here are absolutely terrible. I arrived at my appointment 16 minutes early and they refused to let me in and forced me to wait outside in the the cold rain. (Didn't have a car and took the bus). I waited ten minutes and rang the bell again and they just ignored me until precisely the time of my appointment. Absolutely shocking treatment and if I were a more vulnerable person this would be abuse.
