The care I received was great, once I managed to get any. The appointment booking system is all on the telephone. I rang up multiple times at 8 am on the dot, only to be told after being on hold for over 90 mins that all appointments that day had gone. I asked to book an appointment for the future, and was told those are released on Mondays at 8.30 am for that week, and had all gone by the time I got through (having been on hold since 8 am, and it was then approaching 10.45! I was 87th in the queue when I called at 8.01am). The receptionists are unhelpful, and the surgery really needs to address its appointments booking processes.
